Heavily pregnant Blac Chyna flaunts her baby bump as she shop at grocery store with son (Photos)

She recently took part in a live Facebook chat with her fiancé Rob Kardashian.  And despite now being part of one of the most high profile reality star family in the world, Blac Chyna showed she was still down to earth by taking her three-year-old son King Cairo grocery shopping on Tuesday.
