Drake buys next door neighbour home to make What Ya at lyrics a reality

Drake because he just balls out and buys the house next door to avoid all of that forms of complainin the neighbourhood.

In Drake and Future’s song “Where Ya At,” The 6 God raps, “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.” Welp, it looks like he was clearly serious because he did just that!

According to the real estate website Trulia, Drake dropped almost $3 million on the house right next door to his current 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom, $7.7 million dollar compound in Hidden Hills California.

Drake’s neighbors in Hidden Hills include various family members of the Kardashian-Jenner family and Miley Cyrus to name a few.

Now, there’s no word if there actually was a noise complaint, or if he’s just expanding his home, or just making good investments. Either way, I’ll be collecting my invite to the house warming party please and thanks.
