Patrick Dempsey looked happier than ever with his stunning wife Jillian as they made their first red carpet appearance at the world premiere in Leicester Square on Tuesday since reconciling.

The 50-year-old looked dapper in a sharp, tailored suit as he proudly showed off his twin nine-year-old sons Sullivan and Darby and his daughter Tallula, 14. More photos after the cut.
