The 35-year-old reality star and 39-year-old rapper had purchased the five-acre estate for $20 million back in 2014 as they have been sprucing up the place for months now.
Now according to sources from a TMZ report Sunday indicate that they have big plans including a two-story playroom, music studio and full-size movie theatre with Dolby surround sound.
Obviously there will be areas built for personal maintence as the gossip site claims there are plans for a huge gym, basketball court, hair salon and a full spa complete with a facial and massage room. Photos.
