 The heavily pregnant mom was seen walking down the street of London with her Qatari husband Wissam Al Mana. The duo held unto each other while taking a stroll. She confirmed her pregnancy awhile ago after speculation that she maybe pregnant due to cancellation of her tour earlier this year. See photos below.
