100 killed and many injured as suicide bomber target bus convoy evacuating residents close to the war-torn Syrian city of Aleppo (Photos)

At least 100 people have today died as a suicide car bomb hit a convoy of buses evacuating residents close to the war-torn Syrian city of Aleppo.

The lethal blast happened at a transit point for Syrians leaving the clutches of ISIS for the safe havens on the outskirts of the city.

The Syrian Civil Defense in Aleppo province, also known as the White Helmets, said 100 bodies were removed from the scene of the blast. Continue to see photos after the cut.
