According to the London Evening Standard, Costa’s lawyer Ricardo Cardoso has been in Istanbul this week to discuss the possibility of a deal that could be a big relief for Chelsea.Costa is still expected to leave Chelsea in January, but could also be handed a lifeline for the first half of this season as his agent looks to negotiate him a temporary move to Turkey.
The Blues have left Costa out of their Champions League squad and seemingly have little plan to integrate the 28-year-old back into their squad after a fall-out between him and his manager Antonio Conte
