A mysterious sea monster washed up on a beach with its fangs bared has baffled experts in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

The huge creature was found decaying on a beach in Texas City after the storm cleared.

But conservationists have no idea what it is, with some suggesting it might be a massive eel. See photos
