Demi Lovato reveals she is open to dating both men and women... a month after holding hands with Lauren Abedini in Disney land

Last month she was spotted holding hands with Lauren Abedini at Disneyland.

And now Demi Lovato has admitted that she is open to both dating men and women.

The 25-year-old hitmaker spoke to Extra at the Los Angeles premiere of her documentary Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated on Wednesday night.

She told Renee Bargh from the entertainment publication that she has signed up for a few dating apps and is looking for 'a human connection'.

Demi also revealed that she is open to dating both men and women as she said: 'That's how I've always felt.'

This comes just a month after she was spotted holding hands with DJ Lauren Abedini at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

At the time fans took to Twitter to share photos of the Cool For The Summer hitmaker hand-in-hand with the Los Angeles-based DJ also known as Kittens.

The two could just be friends but one eagle-eyed follower happened to snap a photo of Demi with her hand on the stunning DJ's derriere.

The former Disney star has previously alluded that her 2015 hit Cool For The Summer is about lesbianism.

With lyrics stating: 'Take me down into your paradise, Don't be scared 'cause I'm your body type, Just something that we wanna try, 'Cause you and I, We're cool for the summer.'
