Passengers on board Vietnam wooden cruise ship jump for their lives as ship burst in flame (photos)

Holidaymakers were forced to jump for their lives after their wooden cruise ship burst into flames in Vietnam on Friday.

More than forty people are believed to have been on the Aphrodite Cruise ship when it caught fire, including tourists from Taiwan, France, Switzerland, UK, New Zealand, Korea and India.

Shocking video shows passengers jumping from the side of the ship to escape the growing flames, which are believed to have started in the kitchen, as they quickly engulf the boat. See more below
