Carl Frampton pays emotional tribute to his first opponent in boxing who was found dead alongside two others

Carl Frampton has paid an emotional tribute to Alejandro Gonzalez Jr after the boxer's tragic death in Mexico.

Reports indicate that Gonzalez Jr was found dead with two others near his home in Guadalajara on Friday.

The 23-year-old was Frampton's first opponent in the United States when the pair fought in El Paso, Texas in July last year and the Jackal took to Twitter to mourn Gonzalez Jr's death. See tweets and photos below.
