Sunderland defender Paddy McNair thank fan's from his hospital bed after a successful knee surgrey

Paddy McNair has thanked Sunderland supporters for their 'support and messages' after having successful surgery on his knee.

Paddy suffered the knee injury during the 3-0 win against Hull last month. The player took to Instagram to thank his Sunderland supporters for their support with a thumps up while lying on the bed at the hospital.
