Former Chelsea star mobbed by fans after Chelsea win against Tottenham

Frank Lampard may have left Stamford Bridge some time ago, but he remains as popular as ever with Chelsea fans.

The former England international and the club's record scorer was a pundit for the BBC for his old club's FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham on Saturday.

And after watching Antonio Conte's side book their place in the final, Lampard found himself surrounded by supporters as he left Wembley.
