Child Protective Services in LA 'are concerned for the safety of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's baby girl Dream Kardashian '

Child welfare officials in Los Angeles County are reportedly taking steps to ensure the welfare of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's baby daughter Dream.

The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services are concerned about the well-being of the 10-month-old reported TMZ on Monday.

The website claims a judge in L.A. County Dependency Court has been asked to determine if the baby is in a safe environment.

The former couple, who starred on the E! reality show Rob & Chyna, confirmed their split in March after just over a year of dating and just four months after the birth of their child.

TMZ reported that DCFS had opened an investigation into Chyna's alleged drug use before the pair separated.

The former stripper, 29, currently has a restraining order against Rob, 30, the only son of Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager Kris Jenner and late lawyer Rob Kardashian.

In July, Rob targeted the former stripper in a rambling foul-mouthed rant on social media and posted explicit photos of her online.

Chyna obtained a restraining order against him and claimed he had been physically abusive during their relationship.
